2023 Retreat Dates: Friday, September 15th at 8:00 am - Sunday, September 17th at 4pm.

Who's it for?

Although I'm calling this a leadership retreat, it's not just for folks with leadership in their job title. This retreat is designed for:

  • The overwhelmed, burned-out and tired in need of a reset, rest and recharge

  • Anyone who tends to give so much to others that they sometimes fail to take care of their own needs

  • This may include leaders and/or support/service providers, such as health care workers, coaches, social workers, or individuals in non-profit environments

At the end of this retreat, you will walk away:

  • Energized and awake (in the truest sense of the word)

  • Reconnected to your inner wisdom, the part of you who knows exactly how you want to show up as a leader

  • Clear in what you want to offer through your leadership

  • With a plan to stay aligned to your renewed leadership purpose

  • Holding personalized practices to reground yourself in purpose and wisdom whenever you need realignment

What will we be doing during the retreat?

The retreat is a blend of facilitated sessions with group discussion, guided outdoor and nature-based experiences and structured, self-guided nature-based practices, reflections and experiences. Unlike most retreats, which fill every minute with activities and doing, you will also have space to relax, rest, and simply be in nature. You can download a high-level program agenda below.

Retreat Investment: $5000 CDN (includes a $2000 Accommodation & Meal Package)

*If you do not wish to purchase the meal and accommodation package, you can secure your own lodging in the Banff area. Please be advised that this retreat occurs within peak season, and accommodations are often booked well in advance and can be extremely costly. Please also be aware that Buffalo Mountain Lodge is located outside the Banff's downtown core. All facilitated sessions and activities will start at this location. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you will need to arrange your own transportation to/from Buffalo Mountain Lodge each day at your own expense, or plan for a 20-25 minute walk from most hotels located in the downtown core.
